The most extreme variant of the 991 generation 911, the GT2RS is among the most intense Porsche road cars ever made. Rear wheel drive and turbocharged to 700 horsepower, the car is a track-oriented testament to what the company’s GT division is capable of doing at its most unconstrained. The car makes extensive use of carbon fiber and magnesium and it set the Nurburgring production car record after lapping the circuit in 6 minutes and 47 seconds.
This particular example is finished in Miami Blue with black leather and alcantara interior with contrasting gray stitching. Options include front axle lift, Sport Chrono, Miami blue seat belts, 23.7 gallon fuel tank, aluminum pedals, exterior color matched interior trim, fire extinguisher, and gloss black door handles. Its original MSRP was $307,430.
The car has had two owners and was purchased new in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Its second owner acquired it in December 2020 at which time it had covered 3,900 miles. He shipped the car to the San Francisco Bay Area where the car has remained since. It has been consistently serviced, most recently in November 2023 when the oil was changed and the brake fluid flushed. New spark plugs were fitted when the prior oil change was performed in December 2022. The car comes with window sticker, books, service records, two keys, and Porsche car cover.
